Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Automation & IoT Integration

Design, develop, and integrate IoT-based automation solutions for manufacturing and production systems.

Configure and program PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley) for industrial machines and automated systems.

Develop IoT connectivity for machines using sensors, MQTT, Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, and industrial protocols.

Setup machine monitoring systems, OEE tracking, predictive maintenance, data logging, and dashboard integration.

Sensors & Controller Handling

Experience in Sensors (Proximity, IR, Load cell, Temperature, Pressure, LVDT) and their calibration.

Work with Keyence Vision Sensors, barcode scanners, laser sensors, optical inspection systems, safety sensors.

Configure Mitsubishi Controllers, HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, and industrial control panels

.

Automation Project Execution

Support maintenance and production departments in automation modifications and troubleshooting.

Lead automation projects for machine upgrades, process improvements, robotics, and motion systems.

Create wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and panel layout drawings.

Manage vendors, integrators, and automation solution providers.

IoT System Development

Implement data collection from machines using IoT gateways, PLCs, sensors, and cloud platforms.

Knowledge of dashboards (Power BI / Thingworx / Node-RED / Ignition / IIoT Cloud).

Troubleshoot data communication issues and optimize network/device connectivity.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare BOM, technical documentation, operating manuals, and project reports.

Maintain electrical drawings, sensor mapping, PLC logic documentation, and testing protocols.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation.

Experience: 312 years in IoT, PLC Automation, Industrial Automation, or Smart Manufacturing solutions.

Strong in PLC programming (Mitsubishi preferred), HMI, VFD, Motion Control.

Knowledge of Mitsubishi Controllers, Keyence Vision Sensors, Sensor Technology, SCADA.

Hands-on experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT, Smart Factory, MES systems preferred.
