Industry 4.0 project - TPM track software.* Measure, analyse and visualize factors such as Production time, equipment Performance and product Quality.* Make data driven decisions by providing insights into equipment and production process performance.* Increase capacity by optimizing equipment utilization and reducing bottlenecks.* Team coaching, on boarding, capacity planning, tracking project efficiency and driving continuous improvements.* Automation in data collection across all machines and production processes* Track performance to reduce down time.* Create customized dashboards to visualize critical data insights for decision making.* Real time data capture, interactive dashboard, remote assets monitoring and control.* Monitor KPIS, analyse OEE based on its efficiency pillars : Availability, performance and quality.* Collect information to enable clear visualization for decision making based on hard data and best practices.* Taking actions on real time warnings to avoid potential problems.Skills & Attributes :Production / machining processes knowledge.* Knowledge of different types of machine tools.* Analysis / critical thinking / problem solving skills.* Communication skills.* Awareness of lean manufacturing tools.
