**Job Description:** You have the opportunity to work on a project for Uplers" client, Medblocks, where you will be responsible for architecting and implementing sophisticated iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting and implementing iOS applications for real-time AI inference with sub-second response times - Building and optimizing Large Language Model implementations for on-device inference - Designing AI-driven workflows that integrate with healthcare protocols - Implementing advanced iOS frameworks including AVFoundation, Core ML, Combine, and HealthKit - Creating robust offline-first architectures for AI functionality in low-connectivity environments - Building secure, HIPAA-compliant data handling systems - Establishing mobile CI/CD practices and leveraging AI-assisted development tools - Designing data synchronization patterns between local AI models and cloud-based systems - Documenting complex AI workflows and system architectures **Qualifications Required:** **Must have:** - 1-3 years of production iOS development experience with AI/ML integration - Experience building complex iOS applications that have scaled in production - Deep expertise in iOS technologies including Swift programming, SwiftUI, Core ML, Combine, AVFoundation - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools for productivity gains - Strong computer science fundamentals and mobile DevOps experience - Track record of working in high-autonomy environments **Nice to have:** - Experience with MLX Swift for on-device machine learning optimization - Full-stack development experience with backend technologies - Database design and query optimization skills - Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms - Experience with AI protocols and healthcare data standards - Contributions to open-source projects and experience in regulated industries (Note: This is just one of the many opportunities available on the portal.
