We are looking for an experienced IO Characterization Engineer to join our semiconductor engineering team. The role involves performing electrical characterization of GP IO libraries, Complex IO cells, analyzing measurement data, and collaborating with design and CAD teams to ensure high-quality deliverables for advanced technology nodes.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical characterization of IO circuits and special/complex IO cells across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners.
Generate and validate timing, power, and noise models for IO libraries.
Debug silicon characterization issues and propose design/flow improvements.
Deliver accurate characterization data and documentation for integration into sign-off tools.

Required Skills & Experience:
38 years of hands-on experience in IO characterization
Strong knowledge of SPICE simulations.
Good understanding of device physics, CMOS IO design.
Familiarity with industry-standard characterization and modeling flows (Liberty, IBIS, HSPICE).
Experience working with advanced technology nodes (16nm/7nm and below) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug simulation mismatches.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
