Job Description

Role Overview: As an individual at M&G Global Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for the daily processing of rollovers, rate fixings, drawdowns, and all aspects of the private assets within departmental guidelines. Additionally, you will run Client Reporting with set deadlines and frequency, respond to internal and external queries promptly, reconcile and report internal systems to client, counterparty, and TPA records, and maintain internal Alternative Asset Operations systems while assisting in their further development. Collaboration with the team and management to enhance daily functions, completion of audit requests, updating team procedures, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines, processes, and checks, monitoring credit documentation, compliance certificates, and providing support for the Syndicated Loans Admin team during increased volumes will be part of your responsibilities. Building relationships with internal teams, agents, counterparts, and the Front Office, as well as adhering to company policies, values, and beliefs, will also be vital aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Daily processing of rollovers, rate fixings, drawdowns, and private assets within guidelines. - Running Client Reporting with specified deadlines and frequency, and timely response to queries. - Reconciliation and reporting of internal systems to client, counterparty, and TPA records. - Maintenance and development of internal Alternative Asset Operations systems. - Collaboration with the team and management to improve daily functions. - Assisting in the completion of internal and external audit requests. - Updating team procedures. - Ensuring accurate and timely completion of internal guidelines, processes, and checks. - Monitoring credit documentation, compliance certificates, etc. - Providing support to the Syndicated Loans Admin team during high volumes. - Building relationships with internal teams, agents, counterparts, and the Front Office. - Adhering to company policies, values, and beliefs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or related industry. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders. - Knowledge of alternative assets operations and financial reporting. - Familiarity with audit processes and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant financial software. - Understanding of compliance requirements and documentation.
