Inward & Outward Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities:

Inward Management:

• Receive materials/goods from vendors and transporters.
• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming goods against Purchase Orders and delivery challans.
• Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and system entries.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection and clearance.
• Tagging and proper storage of received goods/materials.

Outward Management:

• Coordinate with the production/dispatch/sales team for daily dispatch schedules.
• Prepare outward documents like Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, etc.
• Ensure correct packing, labelling, and transportation as per client/consignment requirements.
• Handover goods to transporters/logistics and collect proof of delivery (POD).

Inventory & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate inward/outward registers and stock records (physical vs. system).
• Timely entry of transactions into ERP/software/manual records.
• Monitor and report stock discrepancies and delays.
• Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and archived.

Coordination & Compliance:

• Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational procedures.
• Follow safety, quality, and process control standards in store operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of inventory, dispatch, and receipt processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and basic computer operation.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bills, and logistics documentation is a plus.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate B.Com or related field).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
