As part of the Investment Risk team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing investment risk for DWS fiduciary portfolios, designing risk programs, and managing market, liquidity, sustainability, and counterparty risks. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and maintenance of investment risk management programs and models through quantitative analysis and process development - Document investment risk management programs and models - Conduct scenario calibration and model parameterizations - Monitor, analyze, and report portfolio market risk across different asset classes - Monitor ongoing model performance and design compensating controls for identified weaknesses - Manage data quality and escalation processes for risk metrics - Develop systems and tools for automating risk limitation, measurement, monitoring, and escalation processes - Contribute to global and local projects Qualifications Required: - University degree in Finance or quantitative field; Chartered Financial Analyst or Financial Risk Manager designations are a plus - Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services industry, with expertise in Model Development, Model Validation, Valuation, Risk Management, or Portfolio Management - Familiarity with analytical models for financial instruments - Previous experience with BlackRock Solutions Aladdin is preferred - Good knowledge of financial instruments and related analytics - Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proactive mindset for implementing process improvements and new solutions Additional Details: DWS, as part of the Chief Risk Office, aims to protect the business and support sustainable growth.
