Investment Analyst (Family Office)

As an Investment Analyst at our Ahmedabad location in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis across various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, mutual funds, AIFs, private equity, and real estate. Your role will involve evaluating and monitoring existing investment portfolios, tracking performance, risk, and adherence to investment mandates, as well as performing due diligence on new investment opportunities and fund managers. You will be expected to prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal decision-making, stay updated with market trends and global financial developments, and support strategic planning. Additionally, you will assist in building and maintaining financial models and valuation analyses, while coordinating with banks, fund houses, wealth advisors, and portfolio managers. Working closely with the family office, you will contribute to asset allocation planning and portfolio diversification, ensuring compliance with internal investment policies and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 1-5 years of experience in roles related to wealth management, investment banking, research, or family office. Candidates with CA or CFA qualification (Level II/III cleared or qualified preferred) are highly preferred. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, along with sound knowledge of capital markets, investment instruments, and risk management, are essential for success in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment are also key requirements. This is a full-time position with day shift schedules in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
