Investment Advisory Lead (Manager)

Responsibilities:

- Lead & mentor a team of advisors (up to 10 within 6 months)

- Advise HNI/UHNI clients on leased commercial assets as an alternative investment class

- Manage client portfolios, focusing on capital protection & wealth growth

- Drive investment pitches, financial discussions, site visits & relationship management

- Ensure team delivers on sales and revenue targets while managing P&L

Team Targets to Ensure:

- 150+ connected calls per advisor per day

- 300+ minutes client talk time per advisor per day

- 8+ site visits per advisor per month

- Minimum 1 sale per advisor per month

Package:

- Fixed: Up to ₹35,000/month

- Incentives: ₹40,000 per team closure & up to ₹1,00,000 per personal closure

Junior Investment Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Build investor relationships and pitch real estate as a high-yield, tangible asset class

- Conduct financial consultations, client calls & guided site visits

- Present investment opportunities focusing on ROI, rental income & appreciation

- Deliver 1 closure per month while learning under senior advisors

- Grow into a Wealth Advisory role through continuous mentoring

Targets:

- 150+ connected calls per day

- 300+ minutes client talk time per day

- 8 site visits per month

- 1 sale per month

Package:

- Fixed: Up to ₹20,000/month

- Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 per closure
