Job Description

  • We are looking for CA professionals to join our Forensic Services team in the Investigation & Dispute practice.
  • Open Positions:

  • Senior Manager:

    10-13 Yrs,

    Manager

    : 7-10 Yrs,

    Senior Associate:

    4-7 Yrs,

    Associate

    : 2-5 Yrs

The job responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting Fraud and Misconduct Investigations across industries and geographies.
  • Discuss investigative findings with team lead/manager and stakeholders.
  • Draft clear, concise, and robust reports within tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, fraud examiners, internal/statutory auditors, attorneys, and enforcement agencies on critical assignments.
  • Support teams from other business units in investigating fraud alerts/triggers.
  • Initiate Risk Analytics for Fraud Detection and develop forensic methodologies and strategies.
  • Identify key potential legal & regulatory compliance issues and provide objective reviews of fraud risk management frameworks.
  • Use advanced tools & BI techniques for proactive identification of fraud risks.
  • Maintain client data confidentiality in line with organizational policies.
  • Utilize proprietary forensic tools and methodologies including data mining, mapping, e-discovery, and computer forensic capabilities.
  • Support proactive marketing efforts and sales pitches as required.

Skills Required:

Technical

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) advantageous
  • Strong expertise in fraud detection, investigation & evidence collection
  • Experience in audit, project management, interview techniques
  • Proficiency in CAATs, data analytics & forensic tools
  • Deep knowledge of accounting, auditing, and internal controls
  • Awareness of criminal & civil laws (advantageous)
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with maturity & authority
