Inverter Specialist

As an Inverter Specialist at Mahindra Teqo, you will be responsible for executing inverter services, repairs, data analysis, and field testing. Your deep appreciation of inverter components and technological developments will enable you to manage complex situations effectively. Your role will involve working closely with the Head Design & T&C to deliver maximum asset performance to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Document and standardize data and metrics generation/verification procedures and processes - Provide technical advisory services to clients and support for tendering - Diagnose problems with solar electrical components through data analysis, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections - Lead internal failure analysis and RCA process, collaborating with Operations and Asset Management personnel - Develop solutions to component problems and investigate underperformance issues - Collaborate with OEMs and component manufacturers to address component problems and improvement opportunities - Prepare reports, presentations, and procedures for inverters, including benchmarking reports - Act as the point of first reference for all inverter-related inquiries and work with service/maintenance colleagues to address issues - Drive global innovations and prepare business cases for implementation - Develop organizational capabilities through people engagement initiatives and awareness training - Prepare monthly newsletters to share the latest advances and organization news Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 6 years in inverter service/repairs - Exposure to Technology, Energy, IT, or Change Management is preferable - Experience in start-ups or driving technology is advantageous - Exposure to working across geographically spread teams, including international locations, is beneficial - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engg/Electronics Engg, MBA in Operations is preferable Critical Skills: - Solar inverter service and repairs - Field testing in wind and solar domains - Change management - Data analytics and lean management processes - Business process reengineering, value engineering, lean, Six Sigma, quality management - Wind and solar resource assessment & simulations Join Mahindra Teqo to be a part of a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions in the renewable energy sector.,
