Inventory Supervisor

Job Summary:

LRL Motors is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor for our Edappally branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing stock, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. If you are reliable and take ownership of store operations, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily stock movement (inward/outward)
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and update inventory system
• Ensure accurate stock records are maintained at all times
• Perform regular stock audits and physical counts
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure product availability
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damage
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the inventory/store area
• Handle barcode tagging, labeling, and stock arrangement on racks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in inventory/storekeeping roles
• Good understanding of stock management and basic accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Education:

• Plus Two or Any Degree
• Diploma in Inventory/Store Management is a plus
