About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Stock Coordinator to support our jewelry operations. The role involves managing stock movements, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as Business Development, Quality Control, and Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling inventory, and a proactive approach to operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the strong room in compliance with security and operational protocols.
• Dispatch goods for B2C clients while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and arrange jewelry displays for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Manage and monitor push inventory to support business needs.
• Conduct daily stock audits using RFID technology to maintain accurate records.
• Manage and update jewelry certificates systematically.
• Organize and maintain display trays for presentations and client viewings.
• Coordinate the movement of goods for Quality Control (QC) checks.
• Generate and track client repair requests in the system, ensuring timely processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Operations or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, stock, or operations management (preferably in the jewelry industry).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with RFID systems and inventory management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Integrity, responsibility, and ability to handle sensitive goods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
