Job Description

You are a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the company's inventory operations. Your main duties include ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages or excess, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth business operations. Your key responsibilities will involve monitoring, tracking, and managing inventory levels across all storage locations. You will need to plan and forecast stock requirements based on sales trends and upcoming demand, as well as coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Conducting regular stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP/stock management systems are crucial aspects of your role. In addition, you will be expected to optimize warehouse layout, ensure safe storage practices, and work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to align inventory with business needs. Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to reduce loss and wastage will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.,
