Inventory Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage inventory data, stock records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Zoho Books & Inventory and capable of maintaining accurate and timely MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in Zoho Books.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams.
• Track inward/outward stock movement and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Identify discrepancies in inventory and report them immediately.
• Assist in data analysis for management decision-making.
• Maintain documentation related to purchase orders, GRNs, and stock transfers.
• Support the finance and accounts team with inventory-related data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be familiar with Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS or Inventory Management.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
