Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven SAP WMS Inventory Specialist

to manage and optimize warehouse operations using SAP WMS. The candidate will

be responsible for bin consolidation, stock movements, inventory audits, and

ensuring high inventory accuracy through effective planning and system hygiene

practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP WMS Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the SAP Warehouse Management

System.

• Ensure accurate reflection of inventory transactions in SAP WMS.

• Monitor and troubleshoot WMS-related issues.

2. Bin Consolidation & Movements:

• Perform strategic bin consolidation to maximize space utilization.

• Execute and monitor stock movements in the system for efficient space

management.

3. Cycle Count & Logistics Execution (LE) Audits:

• Plan and conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Perform LE audits to verify system stock vs. physical stock.

4. Picking and Location Audits:

• Conduct WMS picking audits to ensure proper order fulfillment processes.

• Perform full physical audits of storage locations to validate system accuracy.

5. System Hygiene Activities:

• Maintain master data cleanliness (e.g., bins, materials, stock types).

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies or anomalies in WMS.

6. Inventory Management & Accuracy:

• Track and maintain inventory accuracy above 98%.

• Reconcile discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

7. Audits & Reporting:

• Generate regular inventory reports and audit summaries.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and KPI metrics for management.

8. Inventory Optimization & Planning:

• Collaborate with planning and procurement teams for stock optimization.

• Analyze historical data to forecast and manage stock levels.

• Proficiency in SAP WMS, including WM, IM, and LE modules.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail with high accuracy and system discipline.

• Understanding of warehouse layout, bin management, and material flow.
