Inventory Controller

As a Material and Inventory Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Tracking and Recording:** - Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing construction materials, tools, and equipment across all project sites. - **Inventory Audit and Reconciliation:** - Conduct regular physical counts of stock to identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system records. - **Forecasting and Planning:** - Generate demand forecasts and stock reports based on project schedules and historical data to ensure optimal inventory levels. - **Receiving and Dispatching:** - Oversee the receipt, inspection, and delivery of goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders. - **Warehouse Organization:** - Manage warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval, including proper labeling and safety protocols. - **Process Improvement:** - Continuously monitor and improve operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. - **Vendor and Supplier Management:** - Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, track orders, and monitor performance.
