Patching & Software Distribution

• Synchronization and detection of patches released by Microsoft during "Patch Tuesday."
• Download, analysis, and definition of patches to be applied.
• Testing new patches on a small number of devices (Pilot Ring).
• Validation of the pilot and definition of possible remediation actions.
• Mass distribution and control of the success of operations.
• Implementation of possible roll-back in case of issues.
• Processing of patch compliance reports.
• Management of software distribution and creation of a software catalog.
• Massive software distribution activities remotely manageable via SCCM/Intune tools.

Master Image Management / Device Management

• Creation and maintenance of a six-monthly plan for the release of images.
• Semi-annual creation from scratch and testing of a new master image.
• Release and test of the new master in the staging area.
• Transition to Intune-based image management, providing only the base OS.
• Automatic rebuild of devices when signed into AD based on user policy.

Enabling Autopilot for unattended configuration (Self provisioning, White Glove, user-driven).

Console Administration

• Verification of correct console configuration and management profiles following new product releases.
• Updating of Console settings following new product releases.
• Definition and application of Console configuration and governance best practices.
• Definition of patching and software distribution.
• Maintenance of APNs / DEP / VPP / SSL certificates.
• Sharing information about new management features for Client Operating Systems or important features for Apple and Android devices.

Mobile Device Management

• Centralized management of company mobile devices via Microsoft Intune.
• Creation, editing, and distribution of profiles on enrolled mobile devices.
• Configuration for the distribution of public or private applications.
• Creation/revision of policies based on customer IT indications.
• Execution of pre-coded activities on MDM perimeter devices.

MDM Standard Operations

• Configuration of new device groupings or user/device groups.
• Modification of an existing management profile.
• Definition and creation of compliance rules (Compliance Policies).
• Modification of the automated enrolment process via Apple Business Manager or Android Enterprise.
• Uploading applications to MDM and distributing them centrally to devices.
• Wiping a device or group of devices.
• Modification of automatic installation/removal of profiles, apps, push commands.

Experience Required:
