1) Advanced proficiency with InterSystems IRIS for Health and Data Studio, including architecture, configuration, integration, data management, and administration.
2) Demonstrated experience in data interoperability using standards such as FHIR and HL7, with hands-on expertise in API integration and bidirectional data flows.3) Deep familiarity with platform benchmarking and empirical testing, encompassing performance, scalability, throughput, and cost-efficiency analysis.4) Ability to design and execute structured evaluation frameworks, including metric development, tool assessment, and objective platform comparisons.5) Understanding of cloud and hybrid deployment models, including operational, security, and compliance aspects.6) Experience in evaluating healthcare data solutions for regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO, GDPR), administrative features, and disaster recovery considerations.
