Job Description

Interoperability Data Engineer - Technical Lead (TL) 5 to 10 Years Experience

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize scalable data pipelines using Spark and Python.
Lead development of integration workflows using Oracle Data Integration and Data Flow.
Collaborate with architects to implement secure and efficient data exchange on Oracle Cloud.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Knowledge of data modeling, particularly healthcare CDMs
Expertise in processing EDI (837/835), HL7/CCDA, or FHIR bundles
Familiarity with clinical terminologies (LOINC, SNOMED, ICD, CPT, RXNORM)
Strong understanding of data lineage, auditability, and governance.
Experience with building data pipeline Orchestrator.
Experience with DataOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform.
Experience with Delta Lake, Parquet.

Skills:

Strong experience with Apache Spark and Python for large-scale data processing.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including Data Integration and Data Flow.
Understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
