Role & responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Answer phones and relay messages to the Stakeholder Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel. Organize and prioritize incoming requests. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion. Handle all team communications and events. Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline Additional certifications in administration or executive management are a plus. Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Ability to multitask to handle multiple priorities. Strong organizational and collaboration skills. Experience: Maximum 1 year of relevant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
