Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Help in tracking and managing leads through CRM systems
Assist in handling client communications, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to closing
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to learn about the industry and sales processes
Manage administrative tasks to support the sales department

Skills & Qualifications:

Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

First 6 months:
10,000/month
Next 6 months (Months 7-12):
18,000/month
After 1 year (Months 13-18):
3,00,000 per annum (LPA)
After 18 months:
4,00,000 per annum (LPA)
