Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month (Performance-Linked Growth Path) + Incentives Duration: 12 months | Full-Time Internship Industry: Executive Search / Recruitment / HR Consulting About the Opportunity Are you hungry to build something meaningful from the ground up? We are offering a unique Internship-to-Partner track where high-performing candidates can fast-track their growth from a Fresher to Executive Partner within 12 months based on pure merit and performance. We will mentor you. We will back you. But you will lead the charge. What You will Do: Learn the A to Z of business development in the Executive Search / Recruitment / HR Consulting industry. Identify potential clients, initiate outreach, and build strategic relationships. Pitch recruitment and talent advisory services to startups, SMEs, and large Corporates. Support and eventually own the client lifecycle from lead generation to closure. Track metrics, build proposals, and contribute to business strategy. Work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team in a startup-like, high-energy environment. Growth Path: From Intern to Executive Partner We are not offering just a stipend we are offering a seat at the table. Start: 15K per month stipend + performance incentives Target: Generate revenue of 3050 Lakhs in 12 months Result: Get promoted to Executive Partner with a 70% share in profits of all business you generate and deliver personally using our brand umbrella and our Mentorship and Infrastructure. Who are we Looking For Fresher or recent graduate from a PREMIUM INSTITUTE (Any discipline - MBA, BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of ambition, drive, and hustle Ability to Source Candidates and assess them HR Folks should be comfortable with Consulting for HR Street-smart, coachable, and relentless Passion for sales, entrepreneurship, HR, or consulting is a big plus What You will Get Direct mentorship from industry leaders with 20+ years of experience Real-time learning in Hiring, Interviews, Candidate Assessments, client acquisition, negotiations, and business strategy. Exposure to high-value clients and CXO-level conversations Opportunity to become a profit-sharing Executive Partner from year 2.
