As an intern, you will receive hands-on exposure to multiple key areas of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Be part of the marketing team to promote the brand and generate qualified leads online.

You have scope to learn all digital marketing activities, off-page and on-page.

• You have scope to learn design and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• You have the scope to learn various backlinking processes.
• You have the scope to learn how to draft marketing emails, blog posts, and promotional messages
• You have the scope to learn how to create graphics and posters using Canvas or other tools
• You have the scope to learn how to use WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns
• You have the scope to learn about the paid ad strategy and performance monitoring
• You have the scope to learn how to handle WordPress websites
• You have the scope to learn content writing skills
• You have the scope to learn SEO optimization.
• You have the scope to learn Web page optimization.

Visa Documentation, Travel Services, & Client Handling

You will support the visa processing team to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

• You have the scope to learn the complete documentation about various visa processes.
• You have the scope to learn how to process tourist visas, visitor visas, dependent visas, student visas, refusal visas, PR visas, and passport documentation to collect and verify all of them and can learn under the supervision of 28 years of experts.
• You have the scope to learn how to collect and verify client documents for Study, PR, Tourist, and dependent visas, etc.
• You have the scope to learn how to Prepare visa files under supervision
• You have the scope to learn how to coordinate with clients to complete checklists and submit applications.
• You have the scope to learn to support in creating personalized travel itineraries and packages
• You have the scope to learn how to communicate with embassies, travel partners, and universities as needed.

Sales & Business Development

• You have the scope to learn how to generate inquiries.
• You have the scope to learn how to attend the inquiries and convert them to walk-ins.
• You have the scope to learn how to Convert inquiries to leads
• You will learn how to convert leads to prospective clients.
• You will learn how to prepare a presentation.
• You will learn how to do video presentations.
• You have the scope to learn how to do face-to-face presentations
• You have the scope to learn how to maintain relationships with prospects and do follow-up.

Administration & HR

You will learn how to organize the day-to-day operations and help improve service delivery processes.

• You have the scope to learn how to Maintain and update CRM and internal records
• You have the scope to learn how to Perform data entry and manage databases
• You have the scope to learn how to Support in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• You have the scope to learn how to do cold calling and telephonic follow-ups
• You have the scope to learn how to Generate internal reports and insights for internal tracking
• You have the scope to learn how to streamline processes and support operational coordination

• PUC, Education: a diploma or graduation.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Freshers with an interest in international careers, travel, or the education field
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, email)
• Enthusiastic, career-oriented, and willing to learn
• If you know Digital marketing skills, or Social media skills, it's an advantage

Eligibility for Issuance of Experience/Employment Certificate:

If the intern's performance is productive and aligned with the company's goals, a full-time job opportunity will be offered post-internship, with a revised salary.

The employee must work for 6 months at Global Gateways
