distinctive wellness experiences

You’ll learn how to warmly welcome spa guests, prepare treatment rooms, assist with scheduling and reservations, offer herbal refreshments, and ensure a peaceful atmosphere throughout the spa. You will also observe and support the therapists while gaining insight into spa etiquette, product knowledge, and the daily operations of the spa.This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow in service excellence, hospitality mindfulness, and personal presence. personalised learning journey, guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager), and buddy (

• Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness & Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, Health Sciences, or related major.
• Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
• Calm, caring, and professional attitude with a passion for guest wellness.
• Good verbal English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Interested in spa operations, service rituals, and personalised guest care.
• Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and sensitive to creating a serene atmosphere.
• Open to learning about spa treatments, natural products, and wellness culture.
• Committed to providing distinctive experiences that support relaxation and well-being.
