We are looking for energetic management students for HR- Recruitment & Selection Internship Six Months Program We are providing Internship to BBA/MBA Freshers Location: Sec 49, Sohna Road, Gurgaon Training: HR Recruitment Work from Office Only. We dealing in different automotive companies as a HR Consultancy. We provide best trainings to FRESHERS In Hr Domain Specially in End to End Recruitment. What candidates got from this internship: Training in HR Domain specialization in Recruitment & Selection. Training of all searching Tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Etc. Training of Interacting with the candidates. Training of Effective communication with Client & Candidates. How to study & analyzing the requirement & source profile accordingly. Updating the candidates with relevant openings. Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate. Work on references, mapping, head hunting. Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the clients. Coordinating for the HR round interview. Follow up with the candidate till joining. Its a six-month internship program, in which you will get training as well as stipend of Rs 6000 & after six month completion you will receive training certificate. If you will perform good you can get opportunity for a job also with 3x salary.
