Role Description:

This is a remote internship role for graphic design, video editing and/or content marketing roles. You will work with the team on marketing strategies, designing creatives for social media campaigns, creating and editing short-form video content for digital platforms, and participating in project meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Structure: Remote, flexible, long-term

Stipend: The first three months focus on orientation, skill-building and learning; stipends start from month four.

Workload: 1525 hrs/week (no deliverables during exams, stipend will continue)

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with

  design tools

  such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus)
• Creativity, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging visuals/content
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Bonus:

• Interest or background in sustainable beauty, clean formulation, and ingredient research
• Marketing and Social Media skills
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)
• Marketing and social media campaign skills (strategy, grid planning, analytics)
• Familiarity with productivity tools (Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace)
