Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing and assessment of motor claims.
Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
Maintain accurate records of claims and update the claims management system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient claims resolution.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in claims management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the insurance industry.
