Internship - Front House (F&B)

As an Intern at the Front House, your main role will involve warmly greeting every guest and accurately taking orders for dine-in, takeaway, or over the phone. You will be responsible for handling customer questions, suggesting popular items, and upselling where appropriate. Additionally, you will prepare a wide range of espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, frappes, teas, and specialty beverages following standard recipes and presentation styles to ensure quality and consistency. It will be vital for you to adhere to caf hygiene protocols, including food handling, handwashing, and station sanitation, while also keeping service counters, barista stations, and common areas tidy at all times. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bakers, and fellow Front of House (FOH) teammates.
