Internship Founder's Office

• The candidate must be completely drive by passion
• The candidate should be a master of all trades and a problem solver
• Given any situation, finding out a solution, making it effective and execute is the most important part of this role
• This candidate will be working as a shadow to the founder, which means he/she will be a part of all the meetings, confidential data access and client access too
• This candiate will almost play the same role as the founder, which mean he/she will also go on client meetings, crack new clients, bring revenue to the business and be responsible for scaling the operations
• You need to be someone who knows how to manage time, calendar and clients at the same time
• The candidate will need to react and act as not just as an employee, but as the co-founder of the company.
  

Attitude:

• Having the right attitude is the most important part again ! You need to be the face of the company wherever needed, but strong, confident and a warrior at all times
• You should know the WHAT and HOWs of the organisation and be able to have confidence to learn more, earn your mistakes and fix them.
