Internship Computer Hardware & Networking Technician

As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Installation and configuration: You will install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment according to specifications. - Troubleshooting and repair: Your duties will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware malfunctions and faults in various systems like laptops, desktops, and servers. - Maintenance and testing: You will perform routine maintenance, conduct testing to identify and resolve issues, and assist in repairing electronic board faults. - Documentation: It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, inventory, test results, and maintenance activities. - Collaboration and support: You will work with senior engineers and other IT staff to resolve hardware-related issues and provide technical support. - Quality and improvement: You will also contribute to improving hardware performance, reliability, and productivity. Qualifications required for this position include: - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). - Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.
