we are looking for the candidate who are interested in a BPO fresher and undergrads both can apply interview modes all are the virtual cab facility provide by the company side 5 days working today rotational off

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills for delivering clear and professional interactions over voice support
Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively address customer needs and identify potential upselling opportunities
Analytical Skills for understanding and resolving client issues effectively
Basic understanding of Finance or financial terminology is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
Prior experience in international voice support is a plus
