International Voice Support (Sales) - Night shift

Job Description: Role Overview: Join the Global Pre-sales CORD (Customer Outreach & Relationship Development) Team as a Senior Executive / Executive in the Sales Department. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for international clients, fostering meaningful relationships, managing outreach efforts, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales journey from introduction to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound communication to establish and nurture client relationships in the US/EU regions. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. - Manage pre-sales activities including gathering requirements, introducing products, providing samples, and facilitating onboarding processes. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with clients in a timely manner. - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduates in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred; postgraduates are also welcome. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in international client engagement, presales, or business development. Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply. - Language: Fluency in English with a neutral accent. - Attributes: Proactive, composed, client-focused, with strong communication skills. Additional Information: You will be working in the night shift (6 PM to 3:30 AM) to align with US/EU hours. The job location is at Surat Diamond Bourse, Surat, Gujarat. Note: Candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, be willing to work 6 days a week, and should be open to early joining (within 15 days).
