Handle inbound calls from US members
Resolve queries with empathy & professionalism
Ensure first-call resolution & customer satisfaction
Follow process compliance & quality standards

Who Can Apply

10+2 / Graduates (Fresh pass-outs welcome)
6 months 3 years experience in International Contact Center (MCC Profile)
Excellent English communication (Versant 62+ / B2-C1 level)
Open to Night Shifts (US hours)
Bangalore-based or ready to relocate

Salary & Benefits
CTC: 4,15,000 LPA + 79,000 VSA (Versant 62+)
Experience Slab: 6 months to 3 years (8.33% hike based on current CTC)
