**Position:** Process Associate US Healthcare (International Voice Process)
**Location:** Work from Office – Gachibowli, Hyderabad **Shift:** Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) **Working Days:** Monday to Friday (5 days working) **Job Type:** Full-Time

**About the Role:**

Arya Medical Billing Services is hiring **Process Associates** to join our growing **US Healthcare Voice Process** team. In this role, you will handle voice interactions related to US-based healthcare services including patient billing, insurance claims, eligibility verification, and appointment coordination. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to build a career in the US healthcare outsourcing industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance reps, and healthcare providers.
* Assist with billing queries, claim status, eligibility checks, and pre-authorizations.* Verify insurance benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and patient responsibilities.* Maintain accurate patient and insurance records in internal systems.* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations or discrepancies.* Meet daily/weekly KPIs including call quality, FCR, and customer satisfaction.* Accurately document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent verbal communication in English (neutral or US accent preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare voice process preferred.* Willingness to work in US time zone (night shift).

**Preferred Skills:**

* HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness.
* Experience in medical billing, RCM, AR calling, or patient communication.* Prior US healthcare support or BPO experience.
