Job Description

As part of the international voice process, you will handle customer queries and provide effective assistance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner - Providing timely and accurate information to customers - Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10th to 12th grade education or higher - Good communication skills are essential for this role You will be working in the day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday at the Magarpatta office location. The company provides health insurance benefits, and there are only two rounds of interviews on the same day for the selection process. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers. Benefits Include: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Performance bonus Please note that night shift and US shift availability are required for this role. Experience of at least 4 years in international voice process is preferred. You will be required to work in person at the specified location.,
