Outpace Consulting is looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals for the position of International Voice Process Executive in the Consumer Electronics & Retail domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for an international voice support process.
• Assist customers with consumer electronics and retail-related queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally in English.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate only.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
• Process: International Voice Support.
• Domain: Consumer Electronics & Retail.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English.
• Shift: Rotational shifts.
• Transportation: Both-side cab facility / TA, as applicable.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual CTC: Up to ₹4,50,000.
• Approximate In-Hand Salary: ₹27,000–₹32,000 per month, depending on salary structure and deductions.
