Position: International Voice Process (Healthcare BPO)

Experience:

Freshers (Primary Hiring Focus)
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience may also apply

Eligibility Criteria

10+2, Diploma (10+3), or Any Graduate
Maximum Age: 28 Years
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work in US Night Shift / Rotational Shift
Immediate joiners preferred
Post graduates are not eligible

Please Note:

Freshers are currently being hired only for the International Voice Process.
Candidates interested in Non-Voice or Semi-Voice roles are not eligible for this hiring drive.
BE/B.Tech and Postgraduate candidates are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Process healthcare claims as per process guidelines.
Deliver quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Pay: ₹21,400.00 per month
