Job Description: International Voice Process Executive

Job Title: International Voice Process Executive / Customer Support Associate

Department: Customer Service / BPO

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will handle calls from international customers, resolve their queries, provide product or service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Communicate professionally in English with customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Meet performance targets, including quality, customer satisfaction, and call-handling time.
Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.

Required Skills:

Good English communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts.
Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the company.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate, as specified by the employer.
Good spoken English is essential.

Work Conditions:

Shift: Rotational shifts / night shifts.
Work mode: Work from office
Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Job Location: pune

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
