You will be responsible for providing customer service through calls and chats. Handling customer queries and ensuring client management will be your primary tasks. Meeting customer expectations and fulfilling other assigned duties are crucial aspects of the role. You should possess the ability to respond to servicing questions promptly and effectively resolve queries. Maintaining a polite and high-quality communication standard during all calls throughout the day is essential. The shift timings for this position are rotational, with morning shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, afternoon shift from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and night shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am.
