International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously from international clients. Understand customer requirements, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effectiveness. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Follow company guidelines and policies for service delivery and compliance. Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution when needed. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution. Adapt to different international accents and cultural nuances to ensure clear communication. Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and process changes. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1-2 years experience in inbound international voice process or customer service. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with clear pronunciation. Good listening skills and ability to handle difficult customers calmly. Comfortable working in shifts including night shifts if required. Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Patience, adaptability, and a customer-first approach.
