Job Description

International Voice Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to international customers and prospects.
Handle inbound inquiries, understand client needs, and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with high conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and document all customer interactions accurately.
Follow up with potential leads and close sales using persuasive communication.
Adhere to company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum
6 months of experience in International Sales Voice Process
.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Ability to work comfortably in
night/graveyard shifts
.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B or B2C international calling.
Strong listening skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
