Process 1:

AR Caller Openings | Hyderabad | Chennai | Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling (Physician / Hospital Billing)

Package: Up to 5 lpa

40,000 Take-Home + 2,200 Shift Allowance + Incentives

Qualification: Intermediate & Above

Work Mode: Work From Office

International Customer Support (Voice Process)

Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
  • Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and data security guidelines.
  • Update customer records and documentation accurately.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate.
  • Freshers
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
  • 5 days working and 2 week offs, Rotational night shifts with one way cab facility provided
  • Max ctc -5 lpa [ Depends on last ctc 30% Hike]
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Should be willing to work in night shifts and flexible working hours.
  • Relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory.
  • Upto 3 years of career gap is accepted..
