Job description Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree or 12th Std is fine. 1 to 2 years of experience in International voice process is a must. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple task simultaeously. Willigness to work in Night shifts. US accent is an added advantage. Candidates from Bangalore alone apply.
