Job Description

International Voice Customer Support

Mode: Work from Office.

Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab.

Cab allowances : 3,300 (If the candidate is not opting for cab).

Location - Uppal, Hyderabad(Cab Radius 22 KMS).

Salary:

Fresher - 3 LPA - 17K + 2K Attendance Bonus.

Between 6M -18M - 3.4 LPA - 20K + 2K Attendance Bonus.

Above 18M - 4 LPA - 25K + 2K Attendance Bonus.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Graduates.
Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
Use CRM tools effectively.
Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
