Job Title: International Voice Process Agent– Outbound Surveys Job Role: The role involves making calls for international survey campaigns and conducting telephonic surveys. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls (cold calling) to potential customers. Generate leads through calls and follow-ups. Maintain and update accurate customer data in the CRM system. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience in international outbound calling. Willingness to work night shifts. Freshers with excellent communication skills and fluency in English are welcome. Note: Candidates from Western Lines are requested not to apply. Compensation: Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹34,500 per month + performance-based incentives. Work From Office.
