Job Description

Hiring: US Outbound Telesales Executive – US Process (Night Shift) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Full-time, On-site) We’re looking for dynamic Telesales Executives to generate leads and drive conversions for our U.S. clients. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is your chance to grow in international markets. Responsibilities: · Make upto 200 outbound calls/day to potential customers · Generate leads through cold calling & follow-ups · Explain pricing plans and convert leads into clients · Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets · Maintain customer records and CRM updates Requirements: · Fresher and 0–4 years of telesales/inside sales/outbound sales experience (U.S. market preferred) · Excellent English communication (spoken) · Comfortable working in a target-driven environment · Must be okay with U.S. business hours Age Criteria: 19 - 32 max Education Background: Any Degree can apply ✨ Preferred Skills: · B2B sales experience in U.S. SMB/SME segment Salary & Perks: · Freshers: One month Training period 16,000 - 18000/month, after Training 20000/- per month fixed + Incentives · Attractive incentives + career growth into senior sales/account management roles · Exposure to global clients and practices For more details, contact: Kiran Kumar – 7416293946, submit resume to: hr@vinperk.in
