COMPANY: GREENBUCKS INFO SOLUTIONS Position: Telesales Executive Experience Required: 1 to 2 years (International BPO – Voice Process) Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Working days: Mon-Fri ==================================================== 🎯 Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound sales calls to US-based customers. · Deliver high-quality sales pitches and convert warm leads into customers. · Persuasively promote products/services based on customer needs. · Handle objections and rejections professionally to achieve set targets. · Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in CRM. · Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance goals. · Collaborate with team leaders to improve campaign results. ✅ Requirements: · Proven experience of 1–2 years in telesales or outbound voice process (International BPO – USA campaign preferred). · Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent. · Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills. · Comfortable working in a night shift (USA shift). · Ability to work in a high-pressure sales environment. · Immediate joiners will be given priority. 🎁 What We Offer: · Stable night shift with fixed off · Target-based incentives and performance rewards · Opportunity to grow within the organization · Professional work culture with regular feedback & support
