Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused International BPO Agent to handle inbound and outbound communications with global clients. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing client queries, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and international service protocols. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international clients. Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and address complaints in a professional manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. Follow scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
