Location: Bangalore (Immediate Requirement)

Role: Customer Service – International Voice Process
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Transport Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
• Immediate joiners only
• Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for US Healthcare clients professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
